Members are asked to fill out an application each year so that current information can be kept on file. Near the bottom of this page you will find a link to a pdf file for that application. Once you have gone to that page, place you computer cursor on the line at the place that an item of information is to be typed. The hand will disapear and an insertion marker will be displayed when the cursor is over that text area. Just go ahead and type in the pertinent information.

In the case that you have more than one plane or project, add the additional information in the comment area below. The comment area is set up on individual lines, so your text will not wrap to the next line, just move your cursor to the next line as needed.

Here is a sample of what a partially filled form will look like. Once you have completed the form, just print it out and bring it to the next meeting.

Membership dues have changed so you should read the portion at the bottom for an explanation.
